Day-to-Day Performance Expectations -Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen - Be vigilant with product quality; eye for detail; take note of any pastry that is not normal looking, constantly be looking at what’s on display – keep high level of quality. - Prepare equipment for baking - Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients -Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders - Set oven temperatures and bake accordingly - Complete assigned production within the time allotted - Retrieve ingredients and other supplies necessary for production - Monitor and/or maintain quality control standards - Inspect products for quality during and after baking and make adjustments as necessary - Attend to day-to-day problems and needs concerning equipment and food supplies; detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions - Maintain a clean work area, utensils and equipment - Dishes are everyone’s job, the quicker we wash them the quicker you get to make new things - Accept direction and constructive criticism from the Executive Pastry Chef - Collaborate on new items with pastry team, share creative ideas -Manage and assist in development of daily, seasonal, and special order offerings - Train and assist in the growth of new pastry team members - Maintain inventory

Front of House Staff
Take pastry, and drink orders with knowledge of our menu and offerings - Take phone orders - Box up pastries with meticulous care. -Wash dishes and other cleaning tasks - Become a proficient and knowledgeable of coffee drinks. - Help to maintain an overall positive team environment- Demonstrate pride in the bakery by keeping up with cleanliness and organization bakery-wide - Ensure accuracy and completion of all cash transactions, be adept with the register system - We ask that you have availability for 4-6 days, early morning hours, weekends and holidays are a must.
Applicants must be mature, enthusiastic, hard working and efficient.
Possess strong guest service skills - Able to work in a professional work environment, also important is the ability to keep calm while working during a period of high volume sales - We are seeking self-motivated employees who work well in a fun, positive, fast-paced team environment with possibilities for advancement. Ideal candidate must have completed high school or higher education.
